ye i tried it and it worked fine, but that was pretty logical cause windows 7 uses the same driver system as windows vista

It is reported ( not officially ) that win 7 32 bit is working with current drivers but not win 7 64 bit.
No release date for drivers is available at this time but as and when any offical news is ready it will appear within the forum.

Sorry but not with the current amBX drivers (which are xp & vista supported only ). There are a " couple "of issues win7 64bit ...... first installing the Philips driver and second hardware detection. I know several forum members are making a few tweaks to the drivers in an attempt to get them running all be it it a custom fashion. So keep an eye out because i'm sure it will be posted if someone succeeds, and once more news re-offical drivers is available it will also be posted here.

Exactly what compatability mode did you use?
A lot of members here have tried nearly everything, with no lighting available or the hardware being detected by the software.

Please can you provide a step-by-step process on what you done?

Well the Jungo driver (so amBX is connected) wont install as default as the inf isnt compatible with 7 - that we had to copy a file to the system32 directory to work. After that, the software installs fine, but still no connectivity between the app or the hardware.

Ambx is the only thing holding me from installing windows 7 64bit... I would love to know if theres a workaround too.

What version of windows 7 x64 are you using?
Is it RC1 7100 or newer RTM Build 7127?

Juat wondering as maybe that has something to do with it.

Could you run amBX Diag on your Windows 7 install that apparently works? It might give us some pointers.
