Illuminate presets

Postby money » Tue May 26, 2009 12:51 pm

This sticky thread is for users wanting to share their exported Illuminate presets.

To export your Illuminate settings, right-click on the Illuminate icon and choose "Export". This will save a ".lights" file.

To upload to this board, zip the file first.

To import settings, choose "Import" from the context-menu or just drag and drop the ".lights" file on the Illuminate window.

Attached is the default preset Illuminate installs with, so you can always return to fresh-out-of-the-box goodness.

Enjoy!

Nice work escase!

The candle was really good, I also tried for more of an orange glow and maybe a little less light. Here is my version. Its more orange and a little dimmer. Also did another version in creator and it has some randomness for the flicker (well at least a start). with the washer invloved in creator there is a different coloring due to the way creator bleeds light ....... adds a different effect.

I found on my system the right light is more red when light changes and because of the bleeding effect ....in some cases that right satelite light is more red then I want and I couldn't get it match left...but its close....it was a nice exercise in working with creator (now if they only include the disable feature for specific lights we could even do more (turn off color bleed etc.)..would be the best of both worlds.

enjoy

Nice one! But how can I change it running with all of my two connected amBX systems?!
Looks like the closer two lamps won´t lit at all.... .:(

Any way to get those profiles reloaded with the creator?

Argl..... :? My fault....
Its not the preset.... looks like illuminate DOES NOT support more than one amBX ??

PawPaw or other with more than one amBX, can you confirm?

If it is that way then an update is really wanted ;)

I have 7 kits and they all work fine with illuminate :) check your height settings; they should be set to 'none'.

Sorry it has taken so long to response back everyone...I got super busy

S@uDepp ,

I saw the question. "Any way to get those profiles reloaded with the creator?" are you having problems getting the creator file (.amBX_Cre) should load in creator just fine. Did you have an issue with that?

Standby...soon I will upload a bunch of Creator presets and animations. Jungle, thunderstorm, police car...tons of stuff I have been playing...plus a tutorial I have to help newbies.

been focusing on the creator stuff more now, cause its so powerful. There are a few features I would like to see. But overall not a bad tool.

Regards
Kyle

Does anyone else have any more .lights I could import?
How do you create one? I can see the import/export options, but when how do I make my own to export?

Hi Jeraboomo,

You create your own profile by left clicking on Illuminate to bring up its main window. Then for each of the 5 colours you can set, adjust the hue, saturation, and brightness of the lights (even add a loop if you want). And thats your preset made, which you can export if you wish.

Hope that helped

Combine a Philips Aurea TV as wallpaper with the candle light from escase looks quite nice.
Set your wallpaper as the attached picture, turn on Ambx illuminate, load escase's candel and check it out.
