Guidelines, trademark licence, certification and resources.
At amBX we take our brand and the experience of our users very seriously. We have created these guidelines for the use of amBX in your products and the amBX logo and trademarks in your packaging and marketing materials to help you create good experiences with amBX for your customers and to safeguard our brand and trademarks.
If you are a developer and have clicked through the EULA you will already have agreed to our brand and trademark terms and conditions. If not, in order to use our logo and trademarks you must have a trademark licence and follow the guidelines outlined here.
In addition to the trademark requirements we also expect all content which is amBX enabled to be certified. All products which are not intended solely for your own use must meet the Self Certification Requirements. We do offer a certification service which you may want to use if you are uncertain that you are adhering to these guidelines for the use of the technology, the brand or the trademarks.
We are happy for you to certify your products yourself as long as you follow the Self-Certification Requirements. If a product is not certified, or fails to meet the Self-Certification Requirements it cannot carry the amBX logo or otherwise refer to amBX or its technology.
