28th July 2008, Redhill, UK – Philips today announced an agreement with UK indie developers, Introversion Software, to amBX-enable Multiwinia: Survival of the Flattest, the multiplayer follow-on to their hit PC title, Darwinia. An amBX-enabled preview of Multiwinia will also be demonstrated on the Philips amBX stand at the Develop Conference & Expo, Hilton Metropole, Brighton, from Tuesday 29th to Thursday 31st July 2008.
Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X cleared for take off with amBX
Philips today announced an agreement with Ubisoft to implement amBX directly into Tom Clancy’s HAWX, the forthcoming air combat game. Philips arms Ubisoft with amBX
7th January 2008 - Redhill, UK – Philips today announced an alliance with Ubisoft, one of the world’s largest video game publishers, to amBX-enable Brothers in Arms Hell’s Highway and Far Cry 2, both due for release in 2008. The agreement will also see an amBX patch being released for the original Far Cry. Further patches for existing Ubisoft games will also be released with the amBX-enabling of additional titles to be announced later.
