amBX Diag
From amBX wiki
amBX Diag is a utility provided by the amBX support team to help troubleshoot any issues you may encounter using amBX products. It captures a snapshot of relevant system information from your computer including details of your amBX setup, placing it within a zip file that is then sent as part of a bug report to the support team.
How to use
Download and install the software. The software is available on the downloads page or from the amBX updater.
Run the diag software. Run the link Start > All Programs > amBX > Tools > amBX Diag. amBX Diag should now be shown. Next press the "Start" button at the bottom of the window. The information extraction process will run for a few minutes. Once complete, you will be prompted to save the results file.
N.B. In order to check your settings the diag program must restart some amBX services which can cause amBX Illuminate and amBX Event manager to crash. These can be restarted with no adverse effect.
Send the file to support@ambx.com or open a topic in the technical support forums and upload the diag file. Make sure to include a description about the technical issue you experience. The amBX team will look into the diag file and try to resolve the issue.
